Warren Estcourt brings extensive playing and coaching experience across the NBL, WNBL, Big V and Victorian state programs to the AABL.

Estcourt made his NBL debut with the Hobart Devils at 19 years of age. He later built an extensive coaching career, leading Big V State Championship programs at the Diamond Valley Eagles, Sherbrooke Suns, Werribee Devils and Bulleen Boomers.

At the professional level, Estcourt served as an assistant coach with the Dandenong Rangers and was part of their 2012 WNBL championship-winning program. His state coaching experience also includes serving as head coach of the Victorian Under-20 women and assistant coach of the Vic Metro Under-18 women.

Known for his detailed, organised approach and commitment to developing players, Estcourt gives AABL athletes access to a coach with experience across multiple levels of Australian basketball. He returns to lead the Dragons for the 2026 Reebok AABL season.
