Bennie Lewis brings extensive professional playing experience and a passion for player development to the AABL coaching staff. After a successful career competing in the NBL with the Melbourne Tigers, the NBA Development League, and professional leagues in the United Kingdom and Australia, Bennie has transitioned his experience into coaching the next generation of athletes.

Known for his athleticism, versatility and high-energy approach to the game, Bennie is passionate about helping players develop their skills, basketball IQ and confidence while instilling the work ethic and professionalism required to succeed at the highest levels. His experience competing both nationally and internationally provides AABL athletes with invaluable insight into the demands of elite basketball and the pathways available beyond Australia.
